I walked along the shore Barefoot in the wet sand Looking up I saw clouds That were black and ominous It was mid December The water was freezing I do not recall why I was there Yet I was there The clouds moved very slowly No sight of the sky It was early in the morning About five or six in the morning But why was I there? Why would I have been?
